Project Expeditor A niche specialty of Ratio Control Engineering is providing I&C and E&I engineering services to expedite your project from the EPC to delivery and to completion. We offer the assistance of being your eyes and ears at the EPC (Engineer, Procure & Construction) site. This will allow the project to be expedited by assisting the EPC in getting it right the 1st time, therefore saving you the client, time and money.
